Hello sir,My name is Dibya jyoti Borah. I order a Motorola G4 plus Smartphone on 20-9-2016. But unfortunately I received a damege product from Amazon.I directly contact customer care and they provide a return. I already returned the product on 31-9-16 but they didn't give my refund amount of 11,999.I paid via. Cash on delivery system. My order id- 404-9101496-3945959. And my Delivery Address is - Dibya jyoti Borah
