Sir,
I filled the HPTU CET -2016 ONLINE FORM IN WHICH WE MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT. THE FIRST PAYMENT IS ACCEPTED FOR THAT FORM BUT FORM IS NOT COMPLETED SO I DONE ANOTHER PAYMENTS 3 TIMES.
AFTER THAT THEY REFUND 2 EXTRA PAYMENTS BUT NOT REFUND THE LAST PAYMENT
