i bought voltas AC on 24.02.2016, after working for 15-0 days, it stopped working, i lodgged complaint on 18.04.2016 and till date the problem remains unsolved, they are continously ignoring me and their frivolous attitude shows their unwillingness to solve my problem. please help me, half of the summers are gone and my brand new AC doesn't work. i have record of the sms i send them since 18.04.2016 and they only called back once. kindly look into the matter.
