I recently purchased Morphy Richards Food processor since last 2 month 6 times i got my complaint registered with them again today it got fried as a result its not working and some burning smell coming and i requested them to change the processor they simply said on replacement of parts and that to plastic chargeable in last visit also they charge for some plastic part.I want to get this defect appliance changed so that i should use a product for what i paid-
