Complaint against online shopping site https://indianethnionline.com regarding fake ordering process

Respected sir/madam,

on 8th September 2020 i booked two (2nos.) designer Sarees ( 1 No. is Fancy Maroon color designer saree and another one Latest parrot and purple colour designer saree ) on the online shopping site https://indianethniconline.com and against this transaction amount Rs.998/- paid also through netbanking from my HDFC bank account (as per reference transaction code 202528419211 ) but uptill now, it is noticed that against this transaction there is no any order confirmation received from this site even no any delivery related notification received so far... so this transaction seems like fraudlant activity. so want to register complaint against this site and request you to please take action to get my amount refund back at the earliest to my bank account.
