Complaint against Instagram seller Bootleggxrs for fraud

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from @Bootleggxrs Instagram account. I received my parcel today and he only sent one pair and that also was a fake pair. When I contacted him regarding this he started ignoring and then blocked my account. It's a clear case of fraud. I have his number and his bank details and images as proof to support my claim.
