DEAR SIR,
I ASHUTOSH MISHRA S/O MR. LAWLESH MISHRA HAD A DONE PURCHASE WITH
M/S SR Store .
Address : gate no 5 abdul hameed marg malwani malad west near gold cinema Mumbai Maharashtra. Mobile no : 8879200439 , 8657643563
FOR MOBILE MODEL "ONEPLUS 8 PRO". AND I HAD PAID THEM 22000 INR FOR SAME. AS PER DEAL THEY COMMITTED me that, PRODUCT MAY BE RETURN IN 15 DAYS and PARCHASE AMOUNT WILL BE REFUNDED.
while I received courier, I had open this in front of courier boy and store in charge was also with us via WhatsApp Video call. They had send me different mobile as per our deal.
They had send me different product to me so I had requested them to take their product back and refund my money. now they neither taking their product back and not refunding my money.

So I had start more research on internet and I found that they had cheated many people by this manner.
THEY HAD CHEATED ME AND NOT REFUNDING MY AMOUNT.
AND I AM NOT ONLY VICTIM THEIR ARE NO OF PEOPLE CHEATED BY THEM PLEASE OPEN below link you can find how many people they had cheated
