Dear Sir / Mam

I was brouht a samsung Z2 Tizen on dated 16-09-2016 from jay ambey mobile center opm amlai. after purchasing of 15 days my mobile display is no longer working . so i sent the mobile to sevice center . after giving of 15 days to center there is no progress. niether service center is giving any information . plz look in to the matter.

    Please provide latest update in tizen phones because this update does not support latest update of what'sapp and Instagram we are not able to update photo and video status on what'sapp and we are also not able to send direct message from instagram this is because the tizen phose have not got latest update.

    Similar to other complaints, i took up their typing work and now they say it wasn't upto the mark and are mentally harassing me to pay the money by saying they would file a legal case against me, sending messages through fake advocates. This is the number from.which I am receiving calls. 7211198550. It's reported spam.on true caller also.
