On 13th of January Brandvilla021(on Instagram) contact no:9743142956 asked me to make paytm payment in advance for a watch I wanted to buy. He asked me to transfer money via PayTm on 9066709297. I did. After that, I kept on asking him the dispatch details from which I could track my shipment, he began to ignore. Yesterday, he even blocked me on whatsapp and instagram and also switched off his cell phone. I know he is a fraud now. I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible. As it is my hard earned money. Waiting for your reply. Thank you.

    The page named @thenamalar_collectionz got an order from me 2 months back and they still didn't deliver 1 product out of the 3 products ordered.Even the other two products was delivered late only...but due to lockdown and all I just politely asked.

    Now they r telling that they wil not do refund for that product and asking me to select something else from their page....they were the ones who said that the product wil be delivered within 6 working days and so only I paid.
    I have proof for these.
    I need the refund...kindly look into this issue.

    On 11th of June I had ordered some clothes from a instagram stire name beautifyourself. And they said that they only accept online payment so I did that. After a month I emailed them to know about my products they said that send your order I'd I was not understanding what they are saying I explain I'm not able to find that but I send the screenshot of the message of credited the money.....

    Continuously they send me send your order I'd.
    Then I replied that if I am not able to share that I'd atleast the delivery boy has to call me for my order ..... After few days they replied that all the products will be shipped till 15 July ,after 15th July they are not responding any of my messages.

    I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible. As it is my hard earned money. Waiting for your reply. Thank you.
