Complaint about Instagram seller scam. Product not sent.

On 13th of January Brandvilla021(on Instagram) contact no:9743142956 asked me to make paytm payment in advance for a watch I wanted to buy. He asked me to transfer money via PayTm on 9066709297. I did. After that, I kept on asking him the dispatch details from which I could track my shipment, he began to ignore. Yesterday, he even blocked me on whatsapp and instagram and also switched off his cell phone. I know he is a fraud now. I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible. As it is my hard earned money. Waiting for your reply. Thank you.

    On 12th February Thrift Shop(on Instagram) contact no:9028753035 asked me to make an online payment in advance for shoes I wanted to purchase. I did. He told me that I will receive it within 5-6 days. After that, I kept on asking him the dispatch details from which I could track my shipment, he began to ignore. I called him but his cellphone was switched off. Later, I again contacted him and he didn't pick up my phone. I know he is a fraud now. I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply. Thank you.

    While shopping on instagram or facebook you must use something like @secufer it can definitely ensure you that you pay only for the thing which have paid for.also there is no reason for a seller to not accepting transactions through them cause this system is also beneficiary for sellers as well. Infact if some seller is not ready to transact through such system than think again over, buying from him!
