We have bought 4 nos 1 KVA Solar inverter ,
1 Nos 1 Hp Solar Pump controller,
1 Nos 2 Hp Solar Pump controller,
1 Nos 3 Hp Solar Pump controller


1nos Motor


1 Nos 3.5 KVA MPPT Solar Charge controller


1 Nos 3.5 KVA Solar Inverter with MPPT control



all the products have some problem after 1 month of installation



1 hp Solar Pump and 1 hp solar controller is not working after 1 month of installation.Vitronics technician visited 4 times we have sent the product 2 times finally vitronics have call back the product.now they are not giving money back



3 hp Solar pump controller is not working properly.site is 100 km from our place 2 times site visited by vitronics it self and many times by us 1 time sent to pune vitronics for sevice.no solution at all.now they are saying increase solar panel and motor current of 3 hp size should not increase 5 Amp. which is not possible



3.5 KVA MPPT controller is not working properly 2 times site visited by vitronics technician n product sent for service twice.now customer has changed the vitronics product with sukam .it is working properly



3.5 KVA inverter is not working properly since the day of installation.output voltage from inverter varies continuously since day 1 even 1 fan is running. 3 times site visit and service done by vitronics technician .still the problem is same.



1 kva inverter is also having problem.daily need to remove battery connection then it will work for 1 day.next day problem is same

We are calling mailling many times.not attending call many times.no mail reply or have replied very late. for every visit we bare cost of traveling from surat even though 1 year service is free.all the products now with
