I ordered samsung evo 128 gb memory card on 23.07.2016 at 11:13 am with tracking number 080467752918173. I received my parcel on 31.07.2016 at 04:00 pm. When i opened the parcel, the product was faulty which do not show any resemblance with samsung evo memory card. When i insert memory card to my mobile, the product was defective. I want either to return this memory card and get original working memory card or refund my amount back.
Do take necessary action for the complaint.
i have mailed the company but inspite of accepting their mistake, they are blaming me as i should test the card in other mobiles, i have already tested it in 5 other mobile n even to my laptop also. nothing work out. i am very depressed.
