I posses a Vestar brand Air-Conditioner. Recently it stopped working and it was found that the compressor was to be changed. So I called up the company's toll free number 18602583003. The complaint is registered in the name of Mr Krishan Kumar. Complaint numbers is CHA21604020142. I also raised the complaint twice but that was cancelled by the company. They have been telling that the compressor is with the logistics company and is yet to be delivered which usually takes a week or less but its been almost three weeks and nobody has come to fix my problem.
