Unwanted charge Deducted by my MTNL mobile balance

MTNL Complaint Complaint Date: December 4, 2017
Rs 10/- deducted from my MTNL balance for a massage which i have not activated. After calling to cust care reply was not satisfied and poor bahavior shown by the staff. This is happened second time and same was repeated. Even staff is not providing the mob no of senior excutive.
