No Seniors at MTNL are serious about their emails

MTNL Malad has been charging me additional Rs.1000/- pm since Mar'21 for internet plan downgraded in Feb'21. Escalation to MTNL seniors has gone to deaf ears. Am looking for MTNL to waive off additional charges for the delay in response from their end.

Trust on such govt based service is now diminishing and sometimes feel privatization is the only solutions so such bad attitude.
