My Landline Phone No. 26127508 has been dead since April 21, 2021. Complaint Docket No 8803; It is not known if there is cable fault or breakage inside wire connecting the Landline telephone instrument. MTNL is not sending its mechanic to my residence for essential service repairing work at the residence of MTNL Customer who is Super Senior Citizen of the age of about 85 years.
