My Dolphin Mobile No: 9869463524 by MTNL- Mumbai. I am using this mobile number for the last 15years and obtained when GOVT Employees were offered this scheme as "Jeevan Saathi".
On Feb 2017 I received a bill for Rs421/- in which it shows SMS charges as 355.50.
It is very surprising that in entire my life I would have not sent SMS more than 50 or 100 in a span of 15 Years. In Feb month alone they shows SMS charges as 355.50 which is very shocking.I made a complaint to MTNL the freak SMS charges were charged on my mobile but there is no reply from them or any denial from them. I want a resolution for this complaint from MTNL office.
