NON DISPATCH OF PAN CARD, NSDL officials are not taking any actions

Sir,
i had applied for pan card (PAN card No AHDPR8988E) in nsdl vide acknowledgement no 050119700154661 on 23 nov 15. I had sent reminder on emails dated 16 mar 16 and 23 Apr16 in this regard.

it is more than 10 months has passed but my card status is showing under process. NSDL officials are not taking any actions. please help for early dispath of card
