Dear Sir/Madam,
I am frustrated with YU Mobiles Company for the replacement,
I received faulty mobile after replacement which have a display issue, on 27th of October 2015 i log a complaint with Yu mobile company after tried month by month they ready to send me a device on 26th feb 2016 , but unfortunately delhivery company can't deliver the device and update on website with fake update.
i log a complaint with delhivery company also.
i called back to YU mobile company and ask him to send back my device but they refuse to send back,
And they said that the company policy changed suddenly and they are unable to send again.
Now they are saying to summit current device and wait for working 20 days for replacement.
Please help to resolve ASAP.
