I bought xiaomi redmi note 4 mobile on 8 may 2017. After 12 days of usage mobile started giving problems. It was not charging. I went to xiaomi service center in margao goa. They repaired the mobile. I collected the mobile. Next day same issue came again. Submitted mobile again. And this continued
The mobile is repaired for three times and xiaomi service center were not able to solve the issue.

I asked them to replace mobile or return money back but they did not do it. I could not use the mobile for more than 2 months. For this two months the mobile is with service center guys and the issue is still not resolved after multiple complains.

As per consumer rights i am not getting proper service from company after investing big amount. Below are my complaint details for same issue.
