Hi, I visit MI Service Center, Adarsha Nagar, Gurugram (XMIN1739), for my phone MI MAX, my phone have liquid damage. So i want to check my phone, because i want to know about problem name.
First time they tell me that my phone's touch pad not working, i gave him phone for change my touch pad, and i paid 4120rs, touch pad. after 2 days i got my phone, they give me 3 months warranty on touch pad, after some hours my phone's touch pad stopped working. I called him, they said me to visit service center, then i visit again. He took my phone and again diagnose after some time he told me that my phone was not charged. I took my phone, 1 day my phone worked fine, but after day again touch pad stopped working, then again i visit service center, they again took my phone and tell me to visit next day. Today i called him know about my phone, then they told me that problem is in my phone's mother board. I ask him, why he not tell me 1st day. and why he not diagnose properly my phone and also took my money for wrong diagnose. he did not gave me a right answer, when i called MI customer care number and told him all these things. he ask me for Invoice number, when i gave him invoice number he told me that your invoice is already completed. and no running diagnosing on your phone in our record. When i again call service center, they switched off his phone. i want a legal action on this, then told me wrong problem about my phone after 2 times of diagnose, they give me old invoice and also when i called him they switched off his phone.
