Dear Sir,
I have submitted my phone for repair to Samsung India service centre in the month of October 2017, and before for repair my phone was checked and I paid Rs 250 for the problem to be rectified.
The was hanging, switching off automatically and touch screen was not working properly.
When I collected the phone from service sent after three weeks with them,they have changed the screen saying it was damaged but it was not damage but the tempered glass over screen (for screen protection) was damaged .The phone was not working when it was collected and they said that please check your phone at home after charging.
I have paid Rs.9400/- but it was not working then took the phone back to them in first week of November and they deposited the phone again.
When I went back after some days they said the mother board is not working I said that you have checked properly before taking the phone for repair and you have charged for inspections.
Then they deposited again when I went again after some time they said battery of the phone to changed.
So overall they are trying to extract money from one or other reasons and not the service for which I have paid.
So please look into the matter to get me the justice.
