Very bad service Airtel post paid

Dear Sir/ Madam


I changed my Airtel post paid number to prepaid number on 22nd evening, Airtel people said your prepaid will get activated by tommorrow morning. now it is more than 72 hours, they have not started the number.


Due to that i am facing so much of problem, i contacted their service center they are just saying, it will start in some time. 


please help.
