Unfair Balance Deduction and Block Calling

Mobile Complaint Complaint Date: March 29, 2016
I am using Reliance GSM SIM. I have approx 370MB 3G Data and last date was 27th march 2016. on 27th march I have used Data and 3MB data remain in my account. but company deduct my all main Balance. 1MB Data was still remain in my account. I am trying to call to customer care on 198 but call not connecting. and now company block my all incoming calls.
