I purchased my mobile for INR 17, 999. I gave it for repair at The Cell Point - CPT, Gurgaon, Haryana on 24.07.2017 as the finger print scanner of the phone was not working. Since then I have been following with the customer care and the service centre for the status but they have no clue when my phone will be repaired as the part is coming from abroad. My Phone is under warranty even though they are not ready to replace or repair my phone.
