Subject : THIRD COMPLAINT REG. JOB SHEET No. = KJASPDL2121216KR5441, Dt.20-12-2016.NOT RESOLVED YET.

I have deposited my Karbonn Quattro L-50 Mobile (IMEI No. 911481150101186), vide Job Sheet No. KJASPDL212126KR5441, Dt.20-12-2016 (Touch was not working properly). But I have not received any SMS or Call Back stating the position of my mobile yet.

I have called your Service centre for so many times but every time they says it will take more time, but how much time, GOD knows? They says it is still lying with the company and status is pending.

Please tell me that what is the use of buying Karbonn Mobiles if it takes so much long time for the Co. to get it repaired.

I will have to think twice before recommending Karbonnn Mobiles for Buying to my friends and colleagues.

Please let me know about the status of my Job Sheet and please make sure it will be rectified as soon as possible.
