My name is Haim Mehta and I have a Airtel postpaid connection from last 14 years, and Number is – 9810604485. I would like to update you that from last few months I am facing issues with the messages where I am not able to send message and same has been reported to Airtel customer service number of times even now I do not remember, but every time they give me time for resolution and still nothing happened. The worst customer service ever I have seen in my life. Now really thinking about my decision of staying with airtel from last 14yrs. no one cares about customer facing issues and no follow up from airtel, on the top of it customer is being charged for calling customer care, and agents have the audacity to disconnect the calls. Hats off to your shameless services. I called them again, and was informed that we are still working. Finally when I said I want to speak to the Manager the agent told me that there is no manager available to assist. Sir I am writing this mail to you so that as a customer I should be treated well and I need a compensation of waiving of last 2 bills and all the charges which is levied on me while calling customer care for 10000/- Rs for mentally harassment.
