Over billing issues with Vodafone with activated plan (99). One of them (7290013508)

I purchased four new postpaid connections by Vodafone with activated plan (99). One of them (7290013508) with free roaming plan (99 +75(for roaming)) was used by my daughter only for two or three months. She used that number only for incoming calls hardly two or three outgoing call you can check our bill details. But at the end of month we got bill of 450. I call customer care to report and they said that is genuine bill. I don’t understand if I activated roaming plan and paying 75 rupees extra then why bill was raised only for incoming. First time they corrected their bill. Next month same bill was repeated, so after that many times I requested Vodafone to disconnect that number (no incoming and outgoing calls from that number). If I was unable to use that number for incoming then why should I pay for that service (please check call details and send a copy of bill to me also) but still I agree to pay genuine amount (only 175 rupees). Vodafone service is bad in that area many times we can’t connect on that number. After that they are stopping outgoing calls from my rest of numbers. Many time I contacted customer care but can’t connect and if connected then they didn’t help.
Request to kindly consider my concerns and provide justice.
