Samsung customer care parts rate and entry charges

My number 9697513034. Sir, in my Samsung mobile my charging jack is U/S I have gone towards Samsung customer care centre but the entry rate is Rs.180 . And it's parts rate is high it was near about Rs.4000.
Please decrease the amount of parts changing.
Now a days normally the mobile are available in Rs.3000 so there is no benefit while changing the parts.
Being a Samsung customer this is my request please decrease amount of parts. Thank you..
