Subject :- Received Damage Samsung A800 Handset in box from dealer Aditi's Collection

Sir/Madam,

Has Purchased Reputed Brand of SAMSUNG A800 costly Mobile, Gold in colour from Aditi's Collection Bhiwandi, Mumbai, Maharashtra - 421302
On Rupees 30500/- whose tax invoice no. is 4248 on dated 01/09/2015 2:00 pm

Handset has dented slightly on rear side below flash light and camera which is not visible directly. Also on upper edge on R.H.S. display screen was automatically get upper of some area.
On 02nd September 2015 I was seen dented in late evening, because of late I was didn't call to dealer but on next day I was visited to dealer and he suggest me visit for service centre. I was visit at Xpert Cellular Samsung Service centre at Bhiwandi. Their I communicate with Mr. Sahid Ansari and he has been directly said me it was physically damage without any inspection. I ask him for replay after inspection but not agree to receive or inspection of Handset directly rejected. I request him if the damage is held from my end then please show me any scratches or any mark on Handset or prove it.
I shown him Handset is totally fresh.

SAMSUNG Service centre behaviours is totally crude which is not acceptable for customer.

After all these I was called on customer care toll free number to register complaint against newly purchased Damage handset and Xepert cellular service centre whose
reference no. is 8477665185 on 03/09/2015 at 5:37 pm

Please I need immediately solution on this and I need my handset replace without any delay from your end because I'm suffering for Handset and also I paid totally payment of Rupees 30500/- if now you get delay or not attending problem you should pay interest of total amount and further I will register police complaint against SAMSUNG for selling damage Handset and not attending customers properly.
