I have purchased a new vodafone postpaid sim on 10th feb 2016. It has not activated till now. The verification has been done on 15th feb 2016. I complain many times to their customer care executive, Appellate authority and social media but my problem is still same. I want refund my money. It''s very frustrating i have talked with customer care executives so many times and there are not giving genuine reply.
