documents submitted to vodafone mobile store for number porting on 16jan16 with assurane that number will be ported with in 7days. port message,call from vodafone and address televerification done and message confirming the service received but nothing happen. contacted vodafone customer care and mobile sore where document submitted but replied that from our side no problem and process again as a fresh case 14 days but no help from company.
