Overheating, difficult to use & mobile cabinet cracked by service centre

This is to inform you I have submitted two times my mobile in service center against below mention ID.

• Track id 17091901107, job no: W117091901107, dt: 19.09.2017:

In both times you have dismantled the mobile & attempted to repair. However, the problem did not resolved and a hairline crack developed in the back cover as image attached which were not present originally and that you are not accepting. I am surprised to experience such unprofessional and uncaring attitude for customer from company like SONY.
