I PURCHASED LE ECO LE 2 (ROSE GOLD,32 GB) MOBILE FROM FLIPKART VIDE ORDER NUMBER OD 107250979300235000, ORDER DATE 05/10/2016,INVOICE DATE-12/10/2016,REGISTERED MOBILE NUMBER-9801306577 .THE PHONE WAS OUT OF ORDER AND I SUBMITTED THIS PHONE TO LE SERVICE CENTRE AT RANCHI ON 27 JULY 2017 FOR REPAIRING VIDE JOBSHEET NUMBER JS17072700181.THE ADDRESS OF LE RANCHI SERVICE CENTRE IS LEDESIRE COMPLEX,OPPOSITE HARIOM TOWER,SHOP NUMBER 5,GROUND FLOOR,CIRCULAR ROAD,RANCHI AND ITS CONTACT NUMBER IS 7004097172.MORE THAN FOUR MONTHS HAVE BEEN PASSED BUT THE MOBILE PHONE HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED YET TO ME BY SERVICE CENTRE.WHEN I AM CALLING TO LE CUSTOMER CARE NO ONE IS REPLYING.SO MANY TIMES I SENT MAIL TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT THERE IS NO REPLY.ACCORDING TO SERVICE CENTRE THE PHONE HAS GONE TO LE HEAD OFFICE FOR REPAIRING AND THERE IS NO CHANCE FOR ITS REPAIRING BECAUSE THE COMPANY IS SOLD OUT AND THE PHONE WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU WITHOUT REPAIRING.WHAT IS THE DRAMA?AS PER INVOICE THE PHONE WARRANTY PERIOD WAS 12/10/2017 BECAUSE THERE WAS ONE YEAR WARRANTY PERIOD. I SUBMITTED PHONE ON 27 JULY 2017 FOR REPAIRING UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD .EVEN WARRANTY PERIOD 12/10/2017 HAS BEEN PASSED BUT STILL THE PHONE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED.THES IS A DRAMA AND FALLS WARRANTY OF COMPANY.BECAUSE FLIP CART HAS SOLD OUT THIS MOBILE PHONE ,SO IT IS THE DUTY OF FLIPCART TO ASK THIS TYPE OF WORST COMPANY ,"WHY PHONE IS NOT BEING REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD?'I M FORWARDING THE MAIL WHICH I SENT TIME TO TIME LE CUSTOMER CARE BUT THEY DIDN'T REPLY.EVEN THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING PHONE CALL.
