over excess billing for vodafone postpay net pack

i am using (9830856848)vodafone postpay net pack 250/- for 1024 mb but in this month on 25th i cheeked on 25/03/2016 there is 300 mb left but on 26/03/16 it 0 mb left and on 27/03/16 i received the bill shows that i used extra 206.65 mb and for that the charged 4 rs/mb + service tax cost me Rs 950/-extra how i can handle this. this is total cheating
