Non refund/return against Mobile Phone LeEco Le 1s Eco

I had purchased a Le Eco Mobile vide order no. OD306050209093325000 from Flipkart in the flash sale and it was well advertise that they have 30 days easy return policy. After booking of the product I came to know about the heating problem of the mobile which I had taken with the intention of use as same was paid through credit card. Later on after delivery of the product I raised the return of the product without opening of box. Company refuse to return the product and they have no answer to compensate in case for loss health injury due to heating of the product. Please do the needful of taking back the product and refund the amount.

    i have purchase a mobile lee 2 from lee mall but due to manufacturing defect i have submit a complaint by mail because i cant submitted the complaint through ticket and return/exchange option due to website error and i have send a snap shot of submission but still now no satisfactory respond always said wait for 7-21 days but after 21 days i cant replace my mobile . third class service
