No solution given after visiting 5 times in Samsung service center

I bought a Samsung M21 2021 edition hand set through Amazon.(Bill attached) on 14th Sep,2021.
After using about one month I have faced a problem regarding connectivity issue where mobile’s Bluetooth ,Wi-Fi and Hotspot was not working(not enable) and in that time mobile was getting hanged and slow condition.
In next day (last week of October) I went my nearest service centre and they updated the phone software and return the phone to me within half an hour.
But after using 7 days I faced the same problem and I went to service centre in 11th Nov,2021 and they asked me that my phone is required to change mother board and they collect my mobile and return to me after 15 days.
But when I am using the phone after set up within 5 days of using the same problem faced by me and on 1st December I visit the service centre and the again submitted my phone. After that I talk with customer care helpline and they arrange a call back from Samsung Head office. One day letter I received a call from Samsung head office ( Mr.Surender Kumar) and I briefly describe regarding the issue I am facing with my phone and he asked me to wait for 2 days for update.
On 6th December Mr.Surender Kumar called me and asked my phone is now repaired by the service centre and requesting to collect the phone from service centre. I told him that “I am facing the same problem in several time I want to written confirmation that hand set is permanently repaired and if the same issue faced by me in next time Samsung will replace with new mobile” but he decline my demand and asked to collect the phone and told he has not any authorisation to future commitment.
Then the same problem was faced on 24th Dec and 6th Jan 2022 Mr.Surender Kumar called me and asked to collect the phone as there is no problem found in phone
As a customer I have been harassed by Samsung service department and they are not ready to fulfil my demand.
Requesting to you kindly replace my mobile as I have been faced the same problem within two months.
