I submited my mobile to DHANBAD (JHARKHAND) service centre "MOBILE WORLD" (MOBILE NO. 8987420005) on date of 20/11/2018 for problem BATTEERY NOT BACKUP but till that time they can't solved this problem. I have no other mobile to use and for that I am facing many problem . kindly quickly solve it .
