Mobile model mentioned above purchased on. Same day started problems. When using applications phone become shut down. Complaint raised in authorised service center within 7 days of purchase. But they changed the software and return the mobile. Again the problem persist. But they are not willing to replace the mobile.repeatedly we are visiting the service centre. It is a burden for us. Kindly do the needful
