Mi mobile Problem in mobile purchased the redmi note 4 mobile

I have purchased the redmi note 4 mobile before 7 month but the mobile goes automatically silent and many applications stopped automatically. I informed to the MI customer support regarding same via chat. Then the customer support told me to reset your phone and set refectory default. I did it twice the problem has not resolved. Then they told to visit service center, i visited service centre, he kept my mobile for 10 days and told problem is resolved, but after one day same issue arise. Than I informed via mail to customer support he told again submit phone to MI service centre. I again visited to service centre but the service center person told this problem i saw first time, and refuse to take mobile. I again informed via mail, but they told visit service centre. Now I puzzled and doesn’t want to visit any service center, I already missed various important call due to this issue
