सर मेरा नाम संजय कुमार पाटिल है मैंने फिलिपकार्ट के माध्यम से leeco le 2 mobile ख़रीदा था जो की मुझे 22 सितम्बर 2016 को प्राप्त हुआ इसकी गारंटी 1 साल की थी जो की 16 जून 2017 को मेरा मोबाइल ख़राब हो गया जिसकी शिकायत मैंने फिलिपकार्ट व leeco कंपनी को की जिनके कहने पर मैंने मोबाइल इंदौर सर्विस सेंटर पर 21 जून 2017 को दिया गया था जो की कल दिनांक 17 /10 /2017 को मुझे मिला किन्तु उसकी समस्या जैसी की वैसी बनी हुई है अब भी वह चार्ज नहीं हो रहा है 3 -4 माह बाद लौटने के बाद भी वही समस्या है
अतः आपसे निवेदन है की मेरी इस समस्या का समाधान करने का कष्ट करे
