Lost Mobile Vivo Y 51 L, purchased a Vivo Y 51 L mobile from a Dealer called Mantra Mobile

I have purchased a Vivo Y 51 L mobile from a Dealer called Mantra Mobile Palasia Indore in the month of 21 June 2016 and my mobile got lost on 28/10/2016 from Sarafa during Diwali time . I have made an email complaint to their help desk overnight and also made a complaint to Sarafa Thana on 29 th october 2016 . I have also notified the sim company for the lost in 24 hours . Even lots of formality and headache made for getting a claim from Quick Heal they have denied the claim as they mentioned with a reason that i didnot made this claim on time . As their office was close for three days during diwali break and they are denying the fact that the fault was for customer . This is a fraud which Quick heal is making and i have waisted lot of time to visit to dealer , quick heal office and sarafa thana . This is a fraud and i need to take the claim from Quick Heal .
