dear sir,
sir maine ek samsungh mobile j5 prime 25/11/2017 ko purchase kiya tha. jab maine ph. khrida to usme 2-3 bad problam ane lagi touch me maine jab service center me diya to use company default batya. ab maine unse replace krke new dene ka bola to vo boltey h ki ap one week tak agr use dete to hum kuch kr pate abhi mere ph. ko bus 20 days huue h. ap batyeiye ye samsung wale customer ko defacted peice kaise de sktey h. bina usko test kiye hue. sir mere sath in logo ne cheat kiya h. plz help me.
