Lava Mobile is not working no service is provided

I have purchase a Reliance Lava C181 mobile phone when i started using it with in 1 month it started restarting, no signals and unable to charge the mobile. after submitting the mobile in service center they deposited the mobile for 15 days and finally when they given it back to us its the same issue, i have submitted 4 time and visited more than 10 times to service center, when i spoke to the complain team of Lava mobile they just say that we are looking into the matter but they do not call me back or response.
