Freecharge not refunding my acc nor recharging the mobile

I P VARUN KUMAR with freecharge id 9700009750 recharged my other mobile 9440179078 with 220 rs and the transaction was succes from free charge but i dint recieve balance then i complained the same to freecharge but no action taken either dint recharge the specific mobile or dint refund it back to my freecharge balance then I recharged the same mobile with paytm So I kindlly request freecharge officials to take the neccesssary action and deposit my balance back to freecharge balance
