मैंने 10.or कंपनी का एक मोबाइल अमेज़न से २२ सितम्बर २०१८ परचेस किया था लगभग ८ से १२ दिन इस्तेमाल करने के बाद उसमे तकनिकी खराबी होने की वजह से ८ अक्टूबर २०१८ को कंपनी से बात करने के बाद ब्लू डार्ट कूरियर से मरम्मत के लिए भेजा हु। लगभग १.५ महीना बीतने के बाद भी मुझे मेरा मोबाइल अभी वापस नहीं हुआ। जब कॉल करता हु तो केवल ये बोल कर टाल दिया जाता है की अभी १० दिन और लगेगा। मैंने १०.और कंपनी को कम से कम ५० बार कॉल कर लिया परन्तु मुझे ये नहीं बताया जा रहा है कि मुझे मेरा मोबाइल कब मिलेगा। जिसकी वजह से मैं दिमागी तौर पर परेशान हूँ। कृपया मेरी मदद करें।
