SIR,
The above Company's Hand set( MOBILE PHONE) was purchased by me on 7/12/2017 from a local dealer in jaipur, M/S. Satyam Electronics, S3 Jayanti Market, M I Road jaipur as per their bill no. GST/17/10485. Right from the beginning the hand set was giving me trouble like it was generating unbearable body heat and its battery was draining out in 3-4 hours.
Due to shortage of time at my disposal and nature of my job prevented me to report the matter immediately to company. However I did approach the local service center and approached the company through mails and personal representation but nothing concrete has been done, so far to resolve my grievances.
A number of mails have been exchanged with the company and the service centre separately but the replies I have received, against an issue of very serious nature, are stereotyped and unacceptable. Attached mails exchanged between me and company and its authorized service centre in Jaipur will speak the entire story.
In a nutshell I would like to submit that the Hand set not only was generating excessive heat but an incident which happened in the month on 27th May 2018 shocked me completely when I saw the sparkle and got a shock as if a I have touched the naked wire and there was a sound too. I was terrified as I have heard about the mobile blasting incidents. According top priority to my safety I switched off the mobile and on request of the service centre the and set was once again deposited with a clear cut assertion from my part that with such incidents happening and other previous complaint, I had with the hand set, I will at no cost use the same hand set anymore and the company must exchange this defective hand set with a new a better one for which I was even ready to pay them rate difference.
Please go through the attached mails which will tell you my story of woe. Please do something immediately so that the erring company gets the set replaced.
