Deducting charges from my balance for the service not opted for vodafone customer

Sir, I am vodafone customer for more than 15 years, I have never gone for any services other than talk time and internet recharge.

From last 2-3 months, every month the company deduct some amount may be 50 to 150 rupees from my balance account saying Vodafone TV channel monthly pack. When I complain then, they says that you opted for the same, which I have never done this before.
