I purchased Redmi note 9pro on dated 19.01.2021on Amazon.in & since then I've been using Jio sim in it. On the very first day, I observed that the signal (mobile network) was very weak and there was a regular problem in network signal strength due to which it got disconnected frequently. I thought that this might be due to poor jio network in my area & for that I made complaint in jio customer care.They said that the network in that area was working satisfactorily. Recently I took Jio fibre connection(on 05/08/21) & I thought that now atleast through wifi signal I could have a better reception in my mobile. But the problem still existed & both mobile network & wifi strength were weak & intermittent in the subject mobile. So on 04.09.21,I visited Mi service center at Haridwar & they accepted that there was a problem with network cable & it had to be replaced. They claimed that they have replaced the coaxial cable as per their service record. Then I received my mobile back after 4 days from Mi service center and i found the same problem with that mobile.
Keeping in view the network problem, I switched to Vodafone idea sim in lieu of Jio.But the condition remained the same. Neither the mobile network nor the Wi-Fi signal strength improved. When I discussed this issue with Mi service center, I didn't receive a satisfactory reply.
Finally I am submitting my complaint here so that I can get justice .I've paid Rs.13999/- for a brand new product but I found myself cheated as I was delivered a FAULTY product .In addition to the product value, I would also like to have a compensation of Rs. 28,000/- (Twenty Eight Thousand) for the problems that I have faced for almost one year. This product is still under warranty period.
I Hope that I would certainly get Justice in this case.
