Extra charges on postpaid bill

Since December 2016, i am recieving my postpaid Bills with extra charges
On the name of add on services they have charged me 200-300 rs. extra every month.

I requested them via written communication to stop the services and they assured me that there is no add on activated on my nos. but again i am receiving extra charges.

I request to please give me back my money which i have eventually paid them every month along with compensation for my time i have wasted.
